Flowers of arnica montana infused in almond oil, useful anti-inflammatory; often selected for pain relief, especially after injury – bruising, joints & muscles.
Infused oils (also known as macerated oils) are made by infusing the dried herb in a specific oil – usually sunflower or almond oil.
Infused / macerated herbal oils are widely used in applied zoopharmacognosy as well as in more general human applications (eg comfrey oil, arnica oil after injury for relief from joint & muscle pain).
Arnica montana flowers infused in almond oil, also referred to as arnica macerated oil.
Useful anti-inflammatory; helpful immediately after injury and for bruises, muscle & joint pain.
Often selected for shock (in the past or current) and for emotional bruising as well as physical.
